Job Summary

The Recruitment and HR Officer will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all stages of the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies, organizing interviews, and conducting pre-employment checks. They will ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by issuing offer letters, contracts and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.

In addition, the role involves providing general administrative support across the organization, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal policies, and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Recruitment and HR Officer will also assist with meeting coordination, procurement processes, and day-to-day office management tasks to support the overall efficiency of the HR and administrative functions.
