Hours per week: 37.5 hours based on rolling rota shift pattern of both day and night shifts.

Job Summary
To develop therapeutic relationships with individuals to support people experiencing a range of emotional states and to understand where behaviours are rooted detailed to provide consistent support along with colleagues and professionals. And to develop and review person centred plans (inc. partners involved in care and support), using planning tools to encourage individuals to be fully involved in support planning and to encourage and motivate individuals to access/participate in socially inclusive opportunities inc. employment, education/training, volunteering; sports & leisure; faith & cultural communities; creative activities.
