Job Summary

This role involves supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition by helping them access meaningful community activities and services, while addressing barriers they may face. The position requires building partnerships with service providers, raising awareness of mental health issues, and tailoring opportunities to clients’ needs through established referral systems. Emphasizing client independence, choice, and well-being, the role also includes administrative duties, maintaining confidential records, monitoring client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing training are essential for success in this role.
