Salary: £38,000 p.a.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Imagine Independence is a charity with a positive approach to mental health, which works to promote opportunities for people to live a full and independent life.
Imagine require a highly skilled and experienced Manager to establish services in Lancashire in line with The National Transforming Care Agenda. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of working and managing services for people who are described as having a Learning Disability and/or Autism who display challenges including those with a mental health condition.
The post will include overseeing management of Imagine’s Cumbrian Services including Supported Living; Extra Care and Specialist Employment Services. The post holder will provide out of hours management support (as part of a rota) at a rate of £30 per night. Imagine’s services are delivered to an extremely high standard, strongly underpinned by Social Inclusion and Personalisation.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Offers of employment are subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
