An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to work within our accommodation services. We are passionate about delivering services within a recovery model. Imagine Independence is all about promoting independence. We work together with people with mental health issues and other challenges so they can live a full and independent life.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with people who have complex needs including learning disability, mental health and substance misuse and have experience of managing Health and Social Care Services. You should feel confident in risk management, problem solving and have a good working knowledge of Imagine policy and procedure. Knowledge of CQC Fundamental standards, safeguarding legislation and The Care Act would be an advantage.
To provide line management for staff working at three locations.
To facilitate team meetings, tenant meetings and monitor compliance at services to maintain high standards.
To provide on-call cover for our 24 hour accommodation services.
Imagine’s services are delivered to an extremely high standard, strongly underpinned by Social Inclusion and Personalisation. We have recently received an “Outstanding” CQC rating in one of our services.
