Hours: 35 per week (May Include Some Evening and Weekend Work)
Salary: £23,009 p.a. – £26,244 p.a. – MYA Scale 5 – Pt. 17-20
To deliver effective personalised pathway towards employment for young people aged 16-29 years who have not been in education, training or work for over 12 months and present with multiple and complex needs.
They will provide intensive mentoring to young people on the programme managing a case load of approximately 15 young people. To support recruitment, undertake initial assessments and to develop personalised pathway utilising personal development tools designed for the programme. To undertake supported signposting into other services and to record distance travelled. To enhance young people’s employability and support entry into employment including post employment mentoring. To hold a recognised qualification to least an NVQ level 3 in a subject relating to Young People.
