Hours per week: 10 hours (Part-Time).
Contract: Fixed Term 1 year initially.
Salary: 23175 per annum pro-rata.

The postholder will provide a link for Gypsy, Irish Traveller and other Traveller communities to engage with health providers, sharing information and supporting improved communication. The aim is to improve the health and wellbeing of communities through improved relationships with health delivery partners in Cheshire East.
The post is ideally suited to candidates living in or near this area as daily travel in Cheshire will be required.
