We currently have new exciting opportunities for two talented individuals to join the LCVS Team as our Mental Health Care Lead and Mental Health Care Navigator in a capacity that will allow them to impact the voluntary sector across this city.
The Mental Health Care Lead and Mental Health Care Navigator are brand-new roles and a unique opportunity to shape change via the Community Mental Health programme.
The Community Mental Health programme aims to strengthen personal resilience and reduce health inequalities. It provides support to people who have mental health issues to enable them to re-connect and be actively involved with their local community. The programme will focus on improving health, physical activity, education, housing and financial stability.
