Join the Liverpool Food Growers Network!

The Liverpool Food Growers Network is a community of organisations growing healthy, sustainable and good food in the Liverpool City Region. They aim to have a beneficial impact on the environment and improve food security throughout Liverpool. Whether you are a community garden, a faith organisation, a social enterprise or part of a larger organisation they would love for you to get involved. The more groups taking part, the better!

If there are any events, workshops, or other activities coming up at your urban farm, community garden, or organisation, they would love to include them in their monthly calendar. Simply email foodgrowers@liverpool.ac.uk the details and they will include them. Similarly, if you have not yet been featured on the Liverpool Food Growers map and would like to be, just send them an email with a short description of what you do and any other relevant information.

Survey

Liverpool Food Growers Network and the University of Liverpool are currently conducting research with local food growers. If your organisation does any food growing, please take part in their short online survey to help them understand the amount and types of growing groups in the Liverpool City Region, the agricultural activities and events taking place, and how their network can be optimised to support this. They are also investigating the scale and socio-economic impact of food growing in the Liverpool City Region. The survey won’t take more than five minutes to complete.

You can complete the survey here.

You can find and join the Liverpool Food Growers Network on Facebook.
