Kindred Minds Activity Programme

Kindred Minds has released its activity programme for February – March 2018.

Many of the activities take place at Kindred Minds’ new offices at the Alan Rudkin Room, STEC (Speke Training and Education Centre, Unit House, Speke Boulevard, Liverpool, L24 9HZ (access from Venture Point).

Singing for Pleasure Group (new)
Every Thursday, 1-3pm – Meet at STEC, then go to Metal Box over the road
Come and join in for a good old sing-a-long. It’s fun – and it makes you feel good!

Walking Group
Every Thursday, 1-3pm, re-commencing March 2018 – Various locations across Merseyside
Walking with friends is a great all-round exercise.

Art & Craft Club
Every Thursday, 1-3pm – STEC
Come along and create something lovely for Mother’s Day or Easter, or help to make some handmade goods for the Kindred Minds Summer Fundraiser.

Gardening Group
Every Friday, 11am, restarting March 2018 – STEC
Join in in the Great Outdoors. Perfect for improving your physical and mental wellbeing.

Monthly Coffee Morning and Quiz (new)
Starting Thursday 22 February 2018, 10am-12pm – STEC, Jack Jones room 1.
Drop in for a chat over a cuppa and biscuits and have a go at the mini quiz.
Future dates: 15 March in Jack Jones room 2; 19 April and 24 May in Jack Jones room 1

Monthly Holistic Therapies and Massage Taster Sessions (new)
From 1 March 2018 – STEC
