Term: Part-Time.
Contract: Following a sixth-month probationary period, the contract is until 30 September 2025.
Hours per week: 17.5 hours.
Salary: £24,000 pro-rata.
L8 A Better Place is the Kuumba Imani Millennium Centre’s community development team and they are seeking another team member for a new part-time post. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has been involved in community activism or volunteering, has experience of the impact of racism and is passionate about making a difference in Liverpool 8.
The work includes:
- consulting L8 residents and organisations
- bringing people together and developing connections and partnerships
- strengthening the community through their own projects and supporting activists in implementing their projects/ideas for the area.
They will offer training and support to the successful applicant.
