Hours per week: 37.5 hours.
Reporting to: Regional Leader.
Location: Kensington, Liverpool.

Are you a leader who can:

1. Inspire and lead a diverse and talented community of 200 people with and without learning disabilities?
2. Successfully lead and develop their range of supported living and day services and their community hub (budget £3.2million)?
3. Balance strategic thinking and decision making with an attentiveness to the person-centred needs of community members?
4. Demonstrate good emotional intelligence and self-reflective skills?
5. Build and nurture strong relationships and collaborative teams?
