There is evidence that structural inequalities are affecting the outcomes of BAME residents within the Liverpool City Region (LCR). This is demonstrated through labour market indicators: in LCR Black residents are less likely to be in employment and are more likely to be paid lower wages, with lower wage growth.
As a result, the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) has commissioned Innervision to undertake research and evidence gathering, with a view to providing practical recommendations and solutions to address the barriers and issues in the City Region.
Innervision Consultancy is a Black led, socially responsible business whose purpose is to improve the quality of life for people experiencing inequality.
