We’re pleased to announce that LCVS is now a Workplace Wellbeing Charter accredited employer.
The Workplace Wellbeing Charter describes its accreditation by saying ‘An accreditation from the Workplace Wellbeing Charter demonstrates an organisation’s commitment to improving the lives of those who work there. The process begins with our interactive self assessment tool, includes site visits, action plans and evidence gathering, and ends with a full assessment report and award of accreditation.’
Following a recent site visit, we received our accredited status earlier this week.
Colin Heaney, co-CEO of LCVS said, “We’ve made a commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of our workforce and are delighted to have that recognised with this national accreditation. I would like to thank the team, our board and of course Health@Work, the consultancy organisation behind the Workplace Wellbeing Charter.”
