We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the LCVS Team in a capacity that will allow you to impact the voluntary sector across this city. We are currently looking for a Senior Administrator to provide knowledgeable support to the executive team and Board of LCVS.
The Role
This is a hugely exciting and unique opportunity to undertake a range of administrative tasks and projects in support of the executive team, and also assist with the administration for LCVS donor and trust clients. Duties will include:
- Supporting the CEO and Director of Finance with administration of the LCVS Board including scheduling Trustee Board and Board subcommittee meetings, preparing papers, taking minutes and following up action points
- Assisting the executive team with general diary management
- Ensuring correspondence and other documents/data in relation to donors & Trusts are retained in appropriate format and in compliance with LCVS’s GDPR policy
- Co-ordinating and supporting Trust management and administration including servicing and attending Trust meetings
- Providing timely and accurate information to customers and trustees and support legal and accounting compliance.
The Person
To be considered for this role you should be a highly organised and motivated individual passionate about providing high-quality administrative support. You should have experience working in project management, or as a personal assistant, and be comfortable preparing reports and papers, producing meeting minutes and analysing company documents. Ideally, you will have experience working in, or with, the voluntary sector, or if not then a keen interest and knowledge of the charity and not-for-profit world.
