Whether its sharing best practice and resources or delivering community programmes, LCVS believe working together is better for everyone. We offer a range of specialist services to local non-profit organisations, one of them being accountancy. Over 200 organisations access these services, including preparation of accounts, independent examinations, payroll, book-keeping support and advice on all financial aspects of charity legislation, company law and taxation.

We are looking for somebody to lead this proactive Community Accountancy Team in the next stage of their development. You will have a practical background and up-to-date financial knowledge to lead and manage external deadlines scheduled for the team. You will need to prepare accounts and undertake independent examination fieldwork for charities and other voluntary and community organisations, completing files in line with relevant recommended practice. You may have extensive experience of working in the sector, having gained technical expertise which could be applied to this exciting role, working closely with clients and assisting them to achieve the goals of their organisation.
