Communications and Marketing Manager
Location: Liverpool office with travel across the UK
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience + competitive charity-sector benefits

The Role
As a rapidly growing organisation we are looking for ‘can do’ individuals that can support us on our journey. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to think strategically whilst also delivering the day to day marketing requirements of a growing social enterprise
This is a dynamic role working across the team to develop and implement our communications and marketing strategy. Key objectives will be to raise awareness of tide amongst carers of people with dementia and to develop our brand to increase trading activity. You will be part of a supportive team that is dedicated to improving the lives of those often overlooked in society.

Carer Involvement Lead (Cheshire and Merseyside)
Location: tide Head Office, 151 Dale Street, Liverpool, Merseyside L2 2AH. There will travel across the Merseyside and Cheshire area

tide are looking for a dynamic Carer Involvement Lead covering Merseyside and Cheshire to join our team to help us establish, strengthen and increase the impact of tide across the area.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Carer Involvement Lead to cover the Merseyside and Cheshire area, who will be able to recruit carers and former carers of people with dementia to the tide network, ensuring their development needs are identified and met through our development programme. The Carer Involvement Lead will enable the effective participation and involvement of tide members in local regional and national events.

Tide Regional Manager (North of England)
Location: Home based in the Yorkshire area with extensive travel across the North of England
