Liverpool City Council Contract: Management of Croxteth Hall and Country Park Concession

Liverpool City Council wishes to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced capable Concessionaire who shares the Councils’ ambition to protect Croxteth Hall and Country Park for future generates by safeguarding it’s unique place in Liverpool’s history. The Concessionaire will protect the heritage and accessibility to the Hall and Country Park whilst placing it on a secure financial footing.

The Authority is seeking a supplier for a concessions contract to Manage Croxteth Hall and Country Park for Liverpool City Council through meeting the scope and specification. The Authority wishes to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced Concessionaire (The Concessionaire) to operate Croxteth Hall and manage the Wider Estate.

In line with the CCR’s regulation 18 the concession contract will be let for a maximum of 5 years. However as per regulation 18 (3) should the concessionaire be able to sufficiently demonstrate that the length of time required to recoup the investments made in operating the estate is likely to exceed 5 years consideration will be given.

Your company will need to register on Procontract (Due North) to be able to download the full Application and supporting documents. Once you have registered you will need to go to the “my opportunities” section on the home page of Procontract and follow the instructions as a supplier to enable you to return your submission.
