Within this Soft Market Test and Request for Information, Liverpool City Council is providing you with current proposals for the development of the Council’s commissioned services for Children’s Homes for Transition, Preparation and Moving on, and requesting information regarding your company and your services.
This information is requested as part of a soft market testing exercise in order to seek the market’s views on the development of a model for Children’s Homes for Transition, Preparation and Moving on, the capacity of the market to supply this service, and the level of interest in this proposed procurement activity.
Your company will need to register on Procontract (Due North) to be able to download the full background documents and questionnaire, together with the non-disclosure agreement. Once you have registered you will need to go to the “my opportunities” section on the home page of Procontract and follow the instructions as a supplier to enable you to return your submission.
