Liverpool City Council Contract: SEND Disagreement Resolution and Mediation Service

Liverpool City Council is looking to procure an organisation, independent from the local authority, to deliver an impartial and confidential service covering Dispute Resolution, Mediation Advice, and a Mediation Service to fulfill it’s statutory duties under the Children and Families Act (2014) regarding Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This will serve Children, their Parents and Young People up to the age of 25 when there is a requirement for disagreement resolution and mediation under SEND.

The Contract will be for a period of 3 years with option to extend.

Once you have registered you will need to go to the “my opportunities” section on the home page of Procontract and follow the instructions as a supplier to enable you to return your submission.
