Liverpool City Council | Survey on an anti-racism strategy for Liverpool

Deadline: 27 June 2025.

Liverpool City Council is committed to becoming an anti-racist organisation and building a fairer, more inclusive city for everyone.

As they work to develop this strategy they are actively seeking to hear from communities and residents across Liverpool to understand their thoughts and feelings as to how Liverpool can truly become an anti-racist city.

They want to hear from people who live, work, study, or spend time in Liverpool. They have devised this survey which will allow you and your community members to share your views on how the council and its partners can ensure this plan meets the needs of the city and address the key themes and issues which are important to our residents.

Your thoughts and reflections on this topic are critical in ensuring the strategy addresses the specific issues existing in Liverpool. The survey is an opportunity for residents, and all connected to Liverpool to share their thoughts and perspectives on the key and pressing areas of concern which need to be addressed within the anti-racism strategy development.

Focus Group Sessions

Furthermore, the Council, through it’s partnership with the leading EDI organisation Inclusivtii, are also looking to engage with community organisations supporting and representing residents from all ethnic backgrounds to hold specific focus group sessions to feed into the strategies development.

If you, or your community would be interested in such a session please do reach out to Paul Olubayo, Anti-Racism Action Plan Lead at paul.olubayo@liverpool.gov.uk.
