Call for City Event Volunteers

Liverpool City Stars Volunteers are recruiting volunteers for lots of exciting events over the summer.

The next event is Liverpool International Music Festival (LIMF) on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 July 2018 at Sefton Park. If you love music, like festivals, want experience to put on your CV, be part of the LIMF team. The main role will be to scan the tickets as the festival goers arrive, as well as providing event info and directions.  You are welcome to stay after your shift and enjoy the rest of the festival.

The Clipper round the world yacht race returns/finishes on Saturday 28 July 2018 at the Royal Albert Dock, and volunteers team presentation assistants are needed.  You will be responsible for collecting the team from their yacht and accompanying them to the presentation stage.

The first ever CBBC Children’s Festival is being held on 3-5 August 2018 at Croxteth Country Park and event ambassadors are needed to meet and greet, help the flow of the public, look after the artists, assist with the activities at the farm, help in the activity park and lots of other exciting opportunities.

Lost Castles will be a replica of a section of Liverpool Castle which will be made out of cardboard and erected on Williamson Square on Thursday 9 August 2018. The public will be able to walk into the castle and volunteer event ambassadors are needed to provide event information to the public on 9-12 August 2018.
