Hours: 17.5 per week
Salary: £11,933 per annum
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract

Liverpool Community Advice wishes to appoint a Disability Benefits Adviser who will specialise in maximising the physical, mental and financial well being of people with disabilities or long-term health conditions. This will be achieved through the provision of specialist level advice and assistance on all aspects of Personal Independence Payment, Employment and Support Allowance, Carer’s Allowance, the Work Capability Assessment and the ‘Work Capability Amount’ of Universal Credit. The post holder will also provide advice and assistance on challenging unfavourable decisions up to, and including, representation at First-tier Tribunal.
