Liverpool Domestic Abuse Service (LDAS) is looking for an experienced domestic abuse caseworker/advocate to join their team. LDAS provides a high-quality frontline specialist service to victims/survivors of domestic abuse in Liverpool.
The purpose of the role is to provide specialist domestic abuse support to women who have experienced domestic abuse. Support will be survivor led and involve emotional and practical support in regards to the impact created by the abuse as well as providing women with options that reduce the risk of harm or fatality.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, which will offer role diversity through delivery of a range of early intervention and prevention support. You will work closely with clients to empower and assist them to recognise the features and dynamics of the domestic abuse they are suffering from, and ultimately support them to regain control of their lives.
