Liverpool Learning Partnership (LLP) is a registered charity supporting wellbeing of learners across Liverpool. They are largely schools focussed and have a small staff team who work on initiatives including reading for pleasure, a whole school approach to mental health, cultural education and transition. They are known for their flexibility in working with schools to address their needs.

School Improvement Liverpool (SIL) is a wholly owned company of Liverpool City Council. They aim to support our educational settings to enable every child and young person to develop, learn and achieve.

Job Summary

They are looking to appoint an experienced bid writer to work across the two organisations. The successful candidate will be employed by SIL and aim to work three days a week for SIL and two days a week for LLP. This is a one-year fixed term contract in the first instance. This is an opportunity to really shape the role and as such the contract term and pay band will be reviewed in year.

They are seeking a talented Bid Writer to join their dynamic joint venture, contributing to their shared mission of enabling our schools to attract new resources to support identified priorities. As a Bid Writer, you will play a crucial role in securing funding for their programmes and initiatives through effective proposal writing and grant applications.
