Liverpool Medical Institution has two offices available for rent. The building is based at 114 Mount Pleasant, close to the Everyman Theatre, The Metropolitan Cathedral and the University of Liverpool. Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central are less than 15 minutes’ walk away.
Ground floor office: approximately 9.6 m2 (suitable for two people). This office is equipped with desks, chairs and wall shelving. There are two double electric sockets. Quarterly rental is £1,150.
First floor office: approximately 8 m2 (suitable for two people). This office is equipped with desks, chairs and cabinets. It has an external telephone line in place and five double electric sockets. Quarterly rental is £960.
Both offices can be available from Easter 2017. The normal working hours of the Institution are Monday to Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm. Access outside these hours can be arranged with prior notice.
Quarterly rental includes heating, lighting, rates and use of the entrance hall, staff room and toilets. Photocopying facilities are available at a charge. Parking is available at a quarterly cost of £270 per space. Meeting spaces are available to rent on an ad hoc basis.
