The purpose of the LivPaC PCF Survey is to gain an understanding of the lived experiences and views of parent carers within Liverpool. To ascertain what they believe is working well in the Local Area, the areas or services that they feel need improving, and to identify gaps that need development.
LivPaC PCF parent representatives will use the data and comments from the SEND Survey to direct their work on specific projects, to highlight gaps in services and needed changes, and to make recommendations for improvement.
The data and comments from parents are presented to the Local Area Senior Management to inform and help shape improvements to services.
