Finance and Administration Assistant
Salary: £8.45 per hour
15 hours per week
Hours: 15 hours per week (daytime) to be mutually agreed (not weekends)
Annual Leave: Annual Leave is 12.07% of hours worked

Reporting to our Business Manager you will be primarily responsible for invoicing room hire customers, handling invoice enquiries and making initial late payment enquiries.  You will require experience of bookkeeping packages (Quickbooks), excellent spoken and written English and good customer service skills and have a pleasant manner which upholds Quaker values of peace and equality.

Working as part of a small team your work will play a vital role in helping Liverpool Quakers to support our Charitable aims.
