Liverpool Students Union Vacancy: Student Group Administrator

Salary: £18,798 pro rata

The Student Group Administrator supports volunteers to organise safe and varied student activities and help us to engage more students. The Student Group Administrator will work specifically with student sports teams and organise and coordinate sporting fixtures, transport, accommodation and competition bookings and support all sports teams queries relating to their weekly fixtures.

The Student Group Coordinator supports the Administrator role with sports specific knowledge and BUCS management and is expected to share tasks on a day to day basis and help cover this role when required. The Student Group Administrator will work with the team to train, develop, support and motivate student volunteers and group leaders to produce results for students.

This role requires great organisational and communication skills, time management including planning work and delivering to deadlines. Experience of working in a fast paced role and key office administration skills including outlook, word and excel are also essential.
