Liverpool Waves of Hope is seeking to recruit a suitably experienced individual to champion and actively promote the values of the Service User Involvement to external organisations, services and commissioners and to drive the development of Service User Involvement as a core function of the Big Lottery funded Fulfilling Lives programme, Liverpool Waves of Hope.
The successful candidate will support and motivate the involvement team, delivery partners and programme management in the co-design, co- production, delivery and evolution of Service User Involvement strategies, tools and initiatives, build on existing stakeholder relationships and develop new relationships to optimise user involvement policies and levels of activity in Liverpool Waves of Hope and across the city. They will work closely with the Liverpool Partnership to develop new relationships with external organisations for researching and developing best practice methodologies, accessing external resources, and exploring potentials for collaborative working.
Liverpool Waves of Hope aims to transform the landscape for people with multiple and complex needs over a five-year period. It seeks to deliver real and lasting change and to maximise the benefits of the £10 million Big Lottery investment
Qualifications in: Social care, mental health care, Addiction & Recovery, Education, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology and Business administration, may all be considered of value, contingent on skills, experience, attitudes and vision of candidate.
