Salary: £15,059 – £16,073 pro rata

LiveWire Liverpool is seeking two Administrators to handle the day to day administration of referrals to the Health Trainer programme.
Working as part of the Health Trainer team, the successful candidate will be required to receive and make telephone calls in order to arrange appointments and provide details of the programme to potential clients. Liaison with a wide range of partners such as community groups and GP practices will also be required. Additional duties include booking appointments for clients utilising the exiting database and also liaison with the Health Trainers in relation to appointments.

Experience of working in an administrative role previously is required as is excellent customer servicing skills, a friendly telephone manner and good attention to detail. An interest in healthy lifestyles would also be an advantage.
