LiveWire are seeking an Administrator to handle the day to day administration of referrals to the Health Trainer Service. Specifically, this role will support the Health and Wellbeing programme for which LiveWire has received a commission.
Working as part of the Health Trainer administration team, the successful candidate will be required to receive and contact clients by telephone in order to arrange appointments and from time to time, will be required to liaise with Stakeholders, Community Groups, and GP practices.
Additional duties include managing the calendars of the Health Trainers who are delivering services to clients, and inputting and collating data using the DCRS.

Experience of working in an administrative role previously is required, as is excellent customer servicing skills, a friendly telephone manner and good attention to detail. An interest in healthy lifestyles would also be an advantage.
