This is an exciting opportunity to play a role within a leading health and social care charity. You will take on the role of Care Support Worker, working with the team to promote their values while contributing to improving the lives of their service users.
Care Support Workers provide practical support and personal care to individuals within their own homes. The role includes encouraging social inclusion within the community and assisting service users to promote independence and maintain their dignity at all times.
