Looking for an experienced media relations professional to help you publicise all the good things your organisation does?

Merseyside-based Tom Walker, who has over 20 years’ experience of working as a journalist for the BBC and in managing media relations in the voluntary and public sectors, can help. Tom works on a freelance basis and specialises in developing a good rapport with reporters and by presenting your news to them in a way they like, can increase your exposure in the local and regional press and media.

As a visually impaired person himself, Tom fully understands the challenges people from marginalised groups experience when trying to access services and employment opportunities. Tom has worked with Henshaws Society for Blind People and is currently helping Bradbury fields to promote a year of activities to celebrate their 160^th anniversary.
