Granby Community Mental Health Group – Mary Seacole House

Mary Seacole House is a mental health charity and resource service that provides mental health and well-being support to meet the diverse cultural needs of the primarily Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Refugee communities of Liverpool.

The service focuses on delivering activities that maximise recovery for people who experience mental health problems, helping them to live, work, study, and access leisure alongside other members of the community.

To be considered for the role of operations manager you must be an experienced operations professional with at least 2 years’ experience. You will take responsibility for the day to day operations. You will ideally have worked in a charity setting and be comfortable in a social and flexible environment. You will have substantial experience of management and be able to demonstrate a strong track record in maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.

A minimum NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in management or related field is required.
