This position is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to manage and develop a team whilst maintaining a front-line delivery role. We are looking for someone who wants to develop their core skills as well as eager to build on these and take on more strategic and leadership responsibility over time.

You will be the first point of contact for individuals in Sefton who may be lonely and socially isolated. It will be your role to establish trust and rapport. You’ll identify if the person would benefit from our involvement, or if they would be best served by a supported referral to a more appropriate agency. Your interaction will aim to give them the confidence to address the difficulties they may be facing and encourage them to try new things.

You will provide excellent line management to our member-facing staff team

You will build relationships with a range of local public and voluntary sector agencies to ensure that people know who we are, what we do and how to refer people to us.

You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our work is holistic, person-centred and constantly strengthened by the voice of our beneficiaries.

Applications close 9am Monday 14th October 2019

Interviews will be held week beginning 21st Oct 2019
