Hours: 35 Hours
Salary: £23,009 p.a.– £26,244 p.a – MYA Scale 5 – Pt. 17-20
Location: 65-67 Hanover Street, Liverpool L1 3DY

To deliver effective outreach activities to engage young people from BAME Communities. To create a pathway to employment for young people aged 18-24 who are not in education, training or work. To provide intensive mentoring to young people, managing a caseload of approximately 15 young people at any one time. To recruit through outreach, undertake initial assessments and to develop a personalised pathway utilising personal development tools designed for the programme. To undertake supported signposting into other services within the Youth Hub and externally. To enhance young people’s employability and support entry into employment including post-employment support.

To hold a recognised qualification to at least to NVQ level 3 in a subject related to young people
