Contract: Fixed Term Contract to 31 December 2023.
Term: Full-Time.
Salary: £23,938 p.a. – £27,304 p.a. – MYA Grade 5 – Pt. 17-20.
Hours per week: 35 hours – (May include some evening and weekend work).
Reporting to: Line Manager.
Location: 65-67 Hanover Street, Liverpool L1 3DY.
The candidate will deliver an effective personalised pathway to employment for young people aged 16-29yrs who have not been in education, training or work for over 12 months and have complex needs.
You will provide intensive mentoring to young people on the programme, managing a caseload of approximately 15 young people. To support recruitment, undertake initial assessments and to develop a personalised pathway utilising personal development tools designed for the programme.
The successful candidate must have a recognised qualification at least to NVQ Level 3 in a subject related to young people.
