Salary: £21,408 – £23,752 p.a. – MYA Grade 4 Pt. 13-16.
Hours per week: 21 hours (Including Evening and Weekend Work).

Job Overview
The post holder will support the delivery of an innovative and flexible NCS Targeted Programme, delivering fun and engaging experiences, empowering young people to make decisions and take ownership of their NCS journey.
The posts holder will work across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley delivering 12-week group work experiences in the following areas:
- Life Skills and Independent Living
- Employability and Work Readiness
- Volunteering and Social Action.
The successful candidate will support the recruitment of and engagement with young people who are aged 16-17 yrs old who have complex barriers to engagement.
The programme will build skills, motivation, aspiration, and confidence as well as providing opportunities for social mixing of participants.
The posts holder will provide consistent, trauma informed youth-work to ensure sessions are fun and empowering, which will support attendance and engagement levels.
The successful candidate must hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a subject related to this post.
