Contract: Fixed Term funded to 31 January 2024, (With the Potential to be extended to 31 January 2026).
Term: Full-Time.
Salary: £31,360 – £34,123 p.a. – MYA Grade 7 Pt. 25-28.
Hours per week: 35 hours (May Include Evening and Weekend Work).
Location: Knowsley.
Based in their beautiful lakeside outdoor education centre, the Outdoor Education Centre Manager will lead the overall direction and development of Merseyside Youth Association Ltd’s Water-Based Outdoor Education offer, demonstrating a forward-looking vision and an imaginative and innovative approach to engagement.
The post holder will be a confident instructor, able to engage groups of children and young people who may not have accessed a water-based offer before, as well as the development and delivery of more formal and structured water-based courses and accreditations.
The post holder must hold at least one Senior Instructor Qualification in a water-based discipline.
