Hours per week: 35 Hours Per Week – (Hours will consist of daytime and occasional evening and weekend work, with applicants expected to be flexible in line with the needs of the project).

Job Overview
The post holder will play a vital role in the successful development of MYA’s Outdoor Education Centre and wider youth work offer, demonstrating an imaginative and innovative approach to engagement.
The Trainee Outdoor Education Instructor will be a strong and relatable communicator and have a confident approach to working with children and young people. The expectation is that the post holder will either currently hold and/or be willing to complete a range of outdoor education qualifications enabling them to grow into a well-rounded practitioner able to perform in line with our core values and ethos.
