Job Overview
- To effectively engage young people aged 18-24 yrs with neurodiverse conditions. Creating a pathway to employment for young people who are not in education training or employment.
- To provide intensive mentoring to young people, managing a case load of 15 young people at any one time.
- To recruit and undertake initial assessments and to develop a personalised pathway, utilising personal development tools designed for the programme.
- To undertake supported signposting into other services within the Youth Hub and externally.
- To enhance young people’s employability and support entry into employment including post-employment support.
- To hold a recognised qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 in a subject related to Young People.
