Term: Fixed Term Funded to 31st March 2022.

Hours:
1 Post x 19 hours per week
1 Post x 14 hours per week
Increasing to 35 hours during 10 weeks of the school holidays
(Will Include Evening, Weekend and School Holiday Work).
Salary: £23,469 – £26,769 (Pro Rata) – MYA Grade 5 – Point 17-20.
Location: Liverpool/Knowsley.

The post holder will lead a team of disability youth workers, to engage disabled children and young people aged 4-18 years through a short breaks service across Knowsley.  The post holder will assist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of short breaks provision, issue based youth work and life skills programmes for disabled young people in line with funder requirements and service user needs. The post holder will work as part of a team, which provides support to disabled children and young people and assists them to participate in a full range of activities.

The post holder must hold a qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a subject relevant to the requirements of the position.
