Term: Fixed Term Funded to 31st March 2022.
Hours:
1 Post at 10 hours per week.
1 x Weekday Evening Sessions (4.30pm – 7.30pm) plus 1 x Weekend Session 9.30am – 4.30pm, Increasing to 35 hours during 10 weeks of the school holidays.

1 x Weekend Session 9.30am – 4.30pm, Increasing to 35 hours during 10 weeks of the school holidays.
Salary: £20,173 – £22,381 (Pro Rata) – MYA Grade 4 Pt. 13-16.
Location: Knowsley.

The post holder will work within a staff team to engage with disabled children and young people, to deliver short breaks provision and youth led activities. The post holder will assist in the planning, delivery and evaluation of short breaks provision, issue-based youth work and life skills programmes for disabled young people in line with funder requirements and service user needs. The post holder will work as part of a team, which provides support to disabled children and young people and assists them to participate in a full range of activities.

The post holder must hold qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a subject relevant to the requirements of the position.
