n-compass is looking to recruit an advocacy service manager managing and leading our advocacy services across Merseyside. This role will support the operations of existing and new n-compass advocacy services in the Merseyside area. The post holder will undertake distinct project management duties such as staff management, monitoring performance/quality, reporting, implementing policy/process and stakeholder management.
