The aim of the new contract will be is to transform the supported housing service currently delivered at 2 Aigburth Drive into a modern, high quality, accommodation based harm reduction service for people with alcohol issues. The Contracts will be for a period of five years with the option for the Authority to extend, at its absolute discretion, for a further period of five years (either in a single extension or in annual extensions).

The Procurement route is a ‘Pseudo’ Restricted Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime and the Selection Questionnaire and supporting documents are now available on the Due North Portal. Go to suppliers’ area and click on “register free”, then download the full application and supporting documents.

Your company will need to register on Procontract (Due North) to be able to receive the opportunity. The documents will only be available on Procontract (available via the Due North site).
