Liverpool City Council’s One Stop Shops provide council services and are based across community libraries. They have now opened a One Stop Shop in Central Library which offers a full service to help you with your council enquiries, including self-service and assisted self-service.
They are located on the ground floor and operating Monday and Wednesday from 10 am to 12 pm and 1.30 pm to 4:30 pm.
They intend to open five more One Stop Shops across libraries this year.
