Nineveh Charitable Trust Grants

The Nineveh Charitable Trust supports a broad range of UK-based projects and activities of benefit to the General Public, with an emphasis on promoting a better understanding of the countryside.

They promote:

  1. The health, welfare and education of the general public
  2. The study and appreciation of agriculture, silviculture, ecology and land management
  3. The study and appreciation of land and estate management that encourages conservation of the countryside.

The Trustees will endeavour to support proposals that meet these aims and that are for the benefit of the public or relevant charitable bodies.

Whilst the Trust does not specify a minimum or maximum grant amount that can be applied for, an analysis of previous grants would suggest a maximum of £5,000 per year for up to three years. They prefer to pay grants to UK registered charities or Community Interest Companies, but individual applicants may be considered if the outcome benefits are clearly defined.
