Nugent is a charity, started by Father Nugent in 1881. They employ over 600 people, over 150 volunteers and are the largest education, health and social care charity in Liverpool. Their vision is to be a totally outstanding and dignified organisation and their mission is to care, educate, protect, and inspire those in need. For 140 years they have been providing support to children, young people, adults and families who are vulnerable or at risk across the North West through their schools, care homes, community and social work services.
You will undertake a highly influential voluntary position within the organisation and they are expecting you will be a champion of diversity and inclusion and an individual with ambition, emotional intelligence, sharp intellect, resilience and have the ability to be agile for the benefit of the charity. You are a person who ‘gets things done’.
As an experienced and committed individual, you will provide support to your peers and leadership to the executive team. You will promote a commercially astute culture across the organisation as they drive towards their vision of being an entirely dignified and outstanding organisation.
This role is ideal for you as a conscientious and driven individual who is prepared to support, advise and actively engage in the achievement of the vision
