Support Services Manager
Salary: £31,000 per annum, plus £1,100 car allowance
Hours: 35 hours per week
This role is for someone with a few years management experience in homeless service delivery, who is passionate about getting the best outcomes for customers, and can work flexible to support staff who sometimes work outside of normal office hours.
There have been a lot of changes in the Plus Dane’s Support Service Team over the last 12 months, which has seen the team grow and services develop. A Support Service Manager is needed to oversee support contracts in Merseyside and to assist with the agency managed stock and to embed and consolidate a culture of quality assured service delivery. Full UK Driver’s licence essential.

Senior Older Persons Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: circa £36,500 per annum plus £1,100 car allowance
Plus Dane launched its Supported Housing Strategy this year which puts its Older Persons Service at its core. There are a range of older persons service from Platinum TSA Accredited community visiting to extra care schemes, a Senior Manager is needed to can support the Head of Service at this exciting time to develop Plus Dane’s older persons offer, and may include some remodelling of existing services.
You have experience of managing teams delivering older persons housing service and a passion for delivering quality services. Knowledge of Telecare and the TSA accreditation standards and CQC requirements would also be welcome. Full UK Driver’s licence essential.
